Good Experience overall
My sister-in-law and I both love our rain capes! I had a great experience with this company! I knowingly ordered too close to Christmas -- knew I was taking a risk of it not arriving in time. Then there was a problem with one of the capes which delayed the process. I inquired and was answered promptly. I then received a follow up call helping me understand what had happened -- they made it right above and beyond my expectations.
