They have a comfortable bead for ear adjustment; a filter that slips into some soft material that is not tight, but fits your face loosely so you can breathe without fogging your glasses up. It's a YES fro me! The inside is white fabric and the outside is black, shaped to conform to your nose with a bendable piece that goes over your nose for pinching to just the right tightness.
