Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be happy with your RainCaper and offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days after you receive your order.  All products must be unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Simply mail it back with your packing slip or a note so we know who you are, and we'll process your refund or exchange within 7 days.

Face masks are not returnable. 

Please enclose a copy of the packing list with the order # so we can issue the refund to the purchaser, and send to the address below:
