Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link in an email (or can log in at the top of this page to check). So, you check and it says delivered, but it's not true - what gives?
We've seen a trend across FedEx, USPS, and UPS where carriers are scanning packages as delivered hours or days before they actually leave it with you. We've had reports of packages being left on top of trash cans, at the back or side door, or on the ground near a mailbox. We are also frustrated by this!

-If it says delivered, check around your property first. Ask your mail carrier.
-If you suspect it was stolen, please file a police report! Theft of packages is a crime.
