I have been a Laurel Burch fan since roughly 1980. What a way to enjoy the rain - by wearing art! I love my new rain cape. Haven't had the opportunity to wear it yet (the weather here in NYC has been clear and beautiful), but I know I will this fall... Throwing on a rain cape will be so much easier than putting on and taking off a raincoat.
