💡 We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with returns and exchanges.
⏳ Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, with tags attached.
- If product arrived in a gift box, we need the gift box to complete the return.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Log into RainCaper
- Locate desired order and look for the "Request Return" option.
- Select a reason and we'll receive the request.

We'll review your request and send you a return label and instructions via email.
- RainCaper pays for the return label if we've made a mistake
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs otherwise
- Ship Your Item – Pack securely and ship using the provided label.
- Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our end.
- Having trouble? Feel free to email info@raincaper.com with your order number and what's not working for you.

🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
