Return & Refund Policy

💡 We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with returns and exchanges.

⏳ Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, with tags attached.
  • If product arrived in a gift box, we need the gift box to complete the return.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Log into RainCaper
  2. Locate desired order and look for the "Request Return" option.
  3. Select a reason and we'll receive the request.
  4. We'll review your request and send you a return label and instructions via email.
    1. RainCaper pays for the return label if we've made a mistake
    2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs otherwise
  5. Ship Your Item – Pack securely and ship using the provided label.
  6. Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  7. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our end.

🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If we made a mistake, we’ll cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
