  • How Quickly Do You Ship? We ship all orders as quickly as we can, usually within 2-3 business days
  • Are Prices Printed On My Order? No, RainCaper never prints prices on your packing slip!

  • No code needed—discount automatically applies at checkout.

  • Standard Flat-Rate Shipping: $7.95 (USPS or UPS)
  • Expedited Shipping: UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select, and USPS Express available at checkout.
    • Note: Carriers no longer guarantee expedited delivery times.

🌎 International Shipping

  • International Shipping Rates: Available at checkout, with USPS International often offering the best rates.
  • Reverse-Opening Umbrellas: Unfortunately, it is no longer feasible to ship our reverse umbrellas internationally. We hope you choose our folding travel umbrellas instead!
  • Shipping Origin: All RainCaper orders are shipped FOB: Pennsylvania, United States
  • Import Duties, Taxes or VAT: Not included in our shipping rates; any applicable duties or tariffs will be assessed upon import. Thank you for understanding that RainCaper cannot predict nor be responsible for any such charges assessed by the country where Shipping Address is located.

📬 Missing or Delayed Packages?

  • Delayed? If it’s been over 2 weeks, please contact us for assistance.
  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received?
    • Check around your mailbox, side doors or porches, and with neighbors. 
    • We've received reports of carriers scanning packages as delivered hours or days before they actually leave it with you. 
    • Contact your mail carrier for more details.
    • If theft is suspected, file a police report.
    • If the package doesn’t appear after a few days, reach out—we’re happy to help!
