My fiance bought this to replace a Laurel Burch mug he accidentally broke. I was excited to open this and immediately thought it was a knockoff the quality was so bad. The art is blurry, there are defects in the printing, and the bottom of the NEW mug looks like someone ripped off a sticker and left sticky residue. I'm used to Laurel Burche items having beautiful embossing, gold accents, and delightful quality, but this feels like a cheap Aliexpress knockoff.
I pulled the old broken mug out to compare and the difference in quality is upsetting. We will be returning this mug immediately.
2 stars because, well, it's a mug. If someone has no idea what the quality they should have expected they'd probably like this, but save your money.
