Beautiful scarf - even better than the photo!

I love your lavender floral wrap/scarf. It was a hit at the beach in Thailand. I wore it as a Saran skirt and top. ( I purchased 2 pieces)

It’s definitely beautiful but not for me. I don’t feel the photo depicts the colors accurately. I was expecting more contrast and brightness but instead found muted tones and a lot of blush beige. If there was ever a color I don’t like, it’s that one- and it’s also the color of the unprinted side. The fabric texture and weight, however, is lovely. Overall, it’s very nice and will work beautifully for some other person, I’m sure. Regretfully, I’ll be returning it.

I sent an email to [****] 2 days ago. It read:Subject: Damaged Item / Replacement Request – [Order Number]

​Dear Customer Service Team,

​I recently received a beautiful scarf from your shop, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. One of the edges is completely unhemmed and very frayed.

​Because of a physical disability and a lack of daily assistance, I am unable to package and mail this item back for a standard return. Given these circumstances, I would be incredibly grateful if you could send a replacement scarf. If a replacement is not possible, a refund would be greatly appreciated.

​I have attached a photo of the frayed edge for your review.

​Thank you so much for your time, understanding, and assistance with this. I look forward to hearing from you.

This wrap is exactly what I was looking for to wear at my son's wedding. Love the design and the fabric. The fact that Rain Caper is a women-owned business was just another plus for me.
