Klimt painted the elegant "Hope II" in 1908, during what art historians refer to as his "Golden Period". His model, Herma, was heavily pregnant, and he depicts her almost like a greek icon or goddess, wrapped in rich robes and covered in shimmering patterns and jewels. The elegant geometric pattern on Herma's robe is the inspiration for our "Hope II" RainCaper design. The painting currently hangs in the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

RainCaper Seek a stylish raincoat alternative? Art aficionados already know that most museums prohibit bulky raincoats, slickers and umbrellas, so getting the best waterproof jacket (women or mens) is important when you want to stroll galleries, sightsee and explore museums. Compare the best rain jackets for travel when you shop – better than a rain poncho for women with hood, a RainCaper from the Fine Art Collection is a sophisticated wardrobe solution that is more than an ordinary rain jacket or rain poncho. When comparing rain coats for women, know that RainCaper is hooded and can act as a windbreaker as well as a rain poncho and a travel cape.

Best product ever!

RainCaper has become my go to for unusual presents for all ages. The Van Gogh rain cover I recently purchased was so well received at my friend's birthday party that I think I should be holding a RainCaper party (like the old-fashioned Tupperware parties). I probably "sold" 10 of them that afternoon. Anyway, love the product and the choices!

LOVE! The form and the function!

The red is deep and rich and the print is vibrant! I love both sides so much and love how light and portable this is. Unfortunately I put it to the test right away on a ferry and a whale watching excursion and I’ve got to say the magnets are not strong enough for that wind level. I love it enough to still give a 5 star review but it did not deliver on the wind protection (in fact it blew open and magnetized to the boat!) and I had to take it off…but the water certainly rolled right off which was great!

This cape could not more attractive and although I have not worn it yet I have been told it will keep you dry it does not wet through.by someone who has one and keeps it right in her car.

Beautiful and practical.

I love these capes. I have since ordered them for my best friends who are also delighted with theirs. They are beautiful, stylish and simple to bring along in their pouch. I would highly recommend this product
